We’re proud to announce Transplumb Events played a pivotal role in delivering the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Australian Grand Prix 2026 at Albert Park — our largest F1 event to date. Coordinating across a complex live-event environment, our teams mobilised at a scale we’ve never undertaken before to deliver high-performance plumbing and water infrastructure that met the exacting demands of a world-class motorsport event.

Catering support was a major component of the build. In partnership with Gema Group, Atlantic Group and Food & Desire we installed and commissioned 80 commercial kitchens across the precinct — from dedicated F1 team kitchens and large production kitchens to a wide range of independent food vendors. Each installation was delivered to strict hygiene, safety and operational standards, with rapid commissioning and on-site support to ensure uninterrupted service during peak periods. Managing this scope and complexity showcased our expanded project management and delivery capabilities.

Hydration and service were a key focus and scaled up significantly for this event. We provided over 60 dedicated water points for food and bar vendors to support continuous, high-volume service. For the first time at the Grand Prix, Transplumb delivered site-wide hydration for patrons with a network of over 350 tap points, all backed by substantial water storage tanks and high-capacity pumps to guarantee consistent pressure and supply across the entire circuit. Our hydration fleet — including our new meetpat units offering chilled, filtered water with custom event branding — helped keep spectators refreshed while reducing single-use plastics and improving on-site amenity.

This project required a high level of resources, coordination, and technical capability, reflecting the scale and complexity of the event. From logistics and plant mobilisation to the skilled technicians who worked long hours installing, testing and commissioning systems, this event demonstrated Transplumb Events’ ability to scale and deliver under intense deadlines and operational complexity. We’re incredibly proud of the team effort and the partnerships that made it possible.
